I purchased a "Salernes Floor Lamp" for over $100 from Costco that is peddled by StyleCraft Home Collection. They sent me an obviously repackaged return that can only be described as absolute junk. It is made in "Cambodia" of all places, has dings, scratches and marks all over it and very low quality plastic parts "painted" to look like "brass". Stylecraft refuses to fix the problem. Complete junk! I am filing a credit card chargeback and an FTC and BBB complaint with this fraud of a company.
For truckers shipping from here: Shipping Dept next to door 9. First come, first served. Took a few minutes for loader to see me at the desk, but just wait and they'll come. Plenty of room to turn around to maneuver to dock. Once in dock, started getting loaded immediately, though it was slow for each pallet (I don't think my load was completely ready yet).
