Continuously worse service every time I go. Longer waits, less communication, to my most recent experience of being a walk-in, being told to wait and that they’d have time to get to me, only for all the hair people to have left and never communicating that to me.

This place is disgusting. The old chinese lady was scratching her privates and sniffing her fingers WHILE cutting someone’s hair. Myself and another waiting customer both saw it, we looked at each other, and we both walked out. Even before this, the old woman is very rude. I’ve talked to others who have been there, and they all regret it - these people do NOT do good work. If you go there, you will regret it. If you let them touch your hair, they will ruin it. I just moved here from Indiana, and you know how hard it is to find a stylist who knows your kind of hair and really listens to what you want done? First time at Beautiful Brows, Song, my stylist, was spot on and super pleasant to pass the time with. Two thumbs up from me! Susie D.
