I went to get hard gel with short tips. I showed her the inspo and asked for natural shape. The application of hard gel was poorly executed. I politely pointed out the bulging gel at the base to which I was told they would be filed down after. Even the drill could not fix this application. There is also dips in my nails, which are almond shaped (not natural). No cuticle work included so with the bad application they already look grown out on day 1 (see thumb). Highly recommend Trinh and the salon! I got a dip with tip and Trinh shaped them exactly how I wanted. I like very narrow almond nails and she helped make my fingers look longer which I loved. Thank you again, can’t wait to do my fill!

My first couple experiences here getting acrylic fills and some nail art were positive. However, I find myself not wanting to return after the extremely chilly treatment I repeatedly received from Trinh. Every thing I would say to her—whether about nails or just trying to make small talk—she would act impatient or annoyed, or straight up just ignore me. I have been nothing but kind and patient.
