I have been to this nail salon numerous times over the last 2 years, seeing different manicurist, I have never had a problem. I saw Kim and she did an awesome job on the pedicure and shellac manicure. She asked me numerous times during the pedicure if I was doing okay. They just moved into a new building and it's one of the nicest salons I have been to.
I'm only giving this place 2 stars because I actually liked the pedicure. The girl who did my Gel nails was very unfriendly. She could've cared less about my name, or what I wanted. She was not very helpful at all , as this was the 2nd artificial nail job I have ever experienced, and I was pretty excited. The nails were put on very crooked and had very sharp edges. I asked her 2x if I could change the color and what type of remover to use? She said I could change the color and use acetone and alcohol(?) Yeah, if I want to so... read more
This shop knows customer service. Not only do they learn what you like - they learn your name and treat you like a friend! It is completely worth the extra miles that I travel out of my way to be treated this way. I confidently give them the best review available!!
Very professional atmosphere. All of the workers actually know what they're doing. Go for the luxury pedicures, they're INCREDIBLE and totally worth it. (:
