Agreed to a price and put a 50% deposit down. Had to cancel before any work was done, they kept part of my deposit. They never said anything about keeping any deposit before I put it down nor when I called to cancel the order. When I went to put my deposit, it was short and they said we normally don't return deposit. Unfortunately, they don't bother to tell you before you put down the deposit.
