Don't fix your phone here!!!!!! Place goes by Cell and Fix now.... Boy, if you want the whole gamut of bad things, one should shop here. First things first, you have to get the people off their cell phone calls to talk to you. The place acts like a scam right up front. Pay first for services, then give them your phone as they wait for the parts they need. Oh, you need your phone, well, we will have the part by 11am. Did we say 11, we meant after 11, like 12. or 2. Absolutely terrible experience. I paid to have my phone screen replaced, and it stopped working after only three days. Three days! That is completely unacceptable and says everything about the quality of the repair and the parts they use. A professional repair should last for years, not a weekend. Charging customers for such poor workmanship is unacceptable. I expected a reliable repair, but instead I ended up with a phone that was unusable almost immediately.
