Terrible experience. After an aweful haircut from one of the stylists I figured the owner would be better even after seeing her boastful and crazy rants on social media. Girl is crazy. Couldn’t get a word in which is fine. Some people just ooze negativity and try to spread it. She absolutely destroyed my hair. Insane breakage and did an aweful job while bad mouthing the last person that did my hair. Didn’t lift it well so I left w sopping wet, orange hair and clumps missing. I’ve never experienced that. I got stuck on a road where there was no restroom for miles and miles, on the way to Ellington mall for birthday shopping with my mother and grandma. I found this one open door and asked to use the restroom; which they had, but the blonde stylist said I couldn't use it because they have "restrictions". I offered to pay cash to be able to use the restroom. I'm not from here. Jesus said if you give a cup of cold water to a stranger you're giving it to Him. THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO @HANNAH DINSMORE Hi! I unfortunately can’t reply to your review but felt it needed to be addressed as someone who was in the salon when this took place! Im sorry you felt unwelcome but unfortunately due to rules and regulations we cannot allow public use of the restrooms, the bathrooms are for staff and clients. My hairstylist, Lily of over 1.5 yrs has been excellent from day 1! I actually look forward to going in for my root touch up, occasional highlights & cut. She is very caring and fun to talk to while there…most hairstylists just put you in a processing room but Lily takes the time to be personable and really cares about her clients. My color always comes out top notch and I have never had better cuts from anyone other than her. I highly recommend Lily as your new hairstylist that will be long term!!
