I couldn’t make to my appointment so i called to ask if i can cancel, yafa said okay but she was upset which i totally understand. Now i am denied to get any appointment with her. This is not a high school where you can give cold shoulder. Be professional a little bit. I give you business not getting free service from you!

Worst ever. Wish I could show the condition of my face. I went wax my facial hair, on website which was showing $20 but they charged $40 saying that the website is old. When I wanted to talk to the receptionist, she asked me to talk with the lady, who was gonna wax, when I asked hard, she literally went to the reception. Okay, no problem. But what I got, my face burned. They literally burned my face, upper lip. Also, weird shape brows. Moreover, not all of my facial hair has gone. A lot of hair is still left. Style Glam is highly recommended for hair styling. Niki did an exceptional job on my hair, and the color complements me perfectly. I’ve received numerous compliments on my hair since getting it done there. The salon is clean, beautiful, and everyone is very nice and professional.
