I love this salon. Been a customer for years and years and will only go here for my hair color and cut. Yaffa is the best and I always have a great time. The hair washing / massage is top notch as well.
Sorry to say this is the worst haircut I have ever received that hadn’t been done at home. I have an outgrown bob and wanted a bit more shape to let it grow out nicely, and now I have been left with no choice but to chop it off to chin length (again). I asked for layers and showed a picture of soft layers with light face framing.
