It is a pleasant experience.
We had our carpet and floors laid by Bruce Bros at our Miranda Warehouse, we found them to be very professional and helpful throughout the experience.
A very disappointing and dodgy experience, with absolute arrogance trying to convince me the floor edge had a nice finish, the edges were terrible, no care to our home, still cleaning glue off cupboards and walls not to mention the broken dishwasher. The product itself is fantastic but I would not use Bruce Bros to lay them. A finial invoice requesting prompt payment but not even a simple apology. M. BOTZOLIS

Not only do they offer exceptional customer service, they are also highly knowledgeable, have a range of great quality products and the installation was seamless every time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the highly professional Bruce Bros team for any flooring needs and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Bruce Bros!
Two faced service, quick to make a sale and take your money without a quality service being completed. The state of the service provided was disgusting and messy, with the admin staff (Nadine) being totally rude and quick to argue at any cost. Highly do not recommend this company, I will never ever use this company nor recommend it. Better off going to deco rug for a good service not dodgy like these people.
