Disappointing experience overall. The owner Chloe never acknowledges you unless you’re a regular, which makes you feel like an outsider and less important. After my last visit, I received a call saying my payment hadn’t gone through and was asked to pay again over the phone. I checked my bank statement, confirmed it had gone through, and sent proof, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being accused of dishonesty. After having a terrible experience at another salon just weeks prior I was given a voucher for style express and hoped that my experience would be improved from the last. I made my concerns aware to the stylist when I arrived and she was so understanding and patient she made me feel very comfortable and understood my concerns I have very long hair and sometimes salon visits can take awhile and feel arduous.
