I bough a livingsocial voucher for my mother in law. Her appointment was at 10am and we got there at 10am, nobody was at the salon. About 10-12 min one of the workers came in and said she was going to get the owner. they finally open at 10:15; no apology or anything. My mother in law is handicapped that has to use a wheeled walker. Shame on them for making her wait and use her little energy for nothing. Style Envy was by far the best experience i have ever had!! I was referred by a friend who will only go to this salon so i figured i would give them a try. I needed to get highlights and lowlights done all over and for the longest time i couldn't find a salon to achieve the right color i was looking for UNTIL i found style envy. I had an awesome wedding day because of these girls and would recommend them to everyone! I actually been a client for about a year now and when i got engaged i decided to schedule my wedding party at style envy! It was myself and 12 other girls who got our hair and makeup done. We arrived to the salon around 8 am and needed to be done and gone by 12 which she had us all out of there by 11 am. The hair and makeup done by style envy was amazing. I have never been so outraged in my life. I came in for a perm... Loose long curls. Nothing hard! First off when I made my appointment they said they only accepted cash, should've been a red flag right there. When I got there, there was hair all over the place, and the salon owners friends just sitting around the salon hanging out.
