This is not a store you want to shop at and spend your hard earned money in. I live out of state and spent hundreds of dollars on a bag only to receive it and learn that it wasn't the bag that I thought and there was no dust bag included as expected. Allexus Max and are evil.I went in for the first time recently the first thing Alexus said to me was the hand bags are able to be returned within the time limit which was a week,or you can choose a in store credit. I purchased a very expensive Lv hand bag and two other bags.Max was always on the phone telling Allexus what to say in there language which I speak.
