RecommendedI needed an outfit for a Christmas concert I was in yesterday, and these ladies went above and beyond to help make my shopping experience the best possible. I was in search of a KAVU bag for vacation. I called and spoke with Heather. They did not have any in but she offered to put me on a waiting list. I explained that I was leaving that day, so I did not leave her my information. 2 hours later she called me back because they just got one in. She went back on the caller ID and found my information! Awesome customer service!! Thank you Heather!!
Finally visited the store for the first time today and I love it! I was pleasantly surprised at how big the store is! Everything is clean, organized, and clearly labeled, and it made for a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!
This is just about the only store I shop at, every time I go there I buy at least one thing. Their prices and quality of what they purchase from people, in my opinion, you can’t find anywhere else. LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!
Love to shop there, but not to sell to. I totally get that they need to be selective, but I don’t get the algorithm used for accepting merch in.
Was only looking for about 5 minutes and I bought something. They have a lot of merchandise and it looks well organized. Very nice clerks as well. I’ll be back often.

I'm pretty new to Style Encore, and so far, I'm addicted. Love the convenience of watching 'live' shows and being able to pick things out during my lunch break. I highly recommend!!
