Very disappointing experience. I waited over 50 minutes to try and sell some items, only to be told they weren’t taking anything—without even properly checking what I brought. The tall brown lady with glasses was mean and dismissive throughout the process. They didn’t even ask for the ID, which is normally required when selling, so it was clear they had no real intention of evaluating my items. The owners are extremely rude. Speak to each other in a foreign language while customers are waiting. Rarely buy items, same items that are bought by other Style Encore locations. Slow service. Overall very bad customer service and experience. I have stopped going to this location.
