The staff here are so lovely and helpful! I love the selections here too.
Bad prices for selling items, I brought in a $1250 brand new pair of pants, & got offered $52 for them
They don’t buy men’s clothing often
The manager is so rude. I wasn’t familiar with their policy and when I asked for an exchange she started raising her voice and told me I can’t read and no exchange . I asked her not to yell and asked for her name when she said it’s none of my business. If this is how they treat customers then no wonder the bad reviews. Maybe take a course on dealing with customers. I would like to file a complaint and will proceed to with their HO. She acted unprofessional while customers were in the store.
