Worst experience EVER. First time I had ever been in the store and it will be the LAST time. Store smelled like an old musty basement. I brought in a fairly large quantity of high quality plus size clothing to consign/sell. When entering the store there was signage stating they were in need of plus size clothing and when browsing the racks I found they didn’t have much and what was there was of very low quality!! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store, love the clothes and the employees but it is completely rediculous that their restrooms are closed because of covid. they sent me to some random office to use theirs after I spent HUNDREDS of dollars there. I guess they don't want people to wash their hands????? Will never be coming back here.
I went in the store yesterday. Was greeted by an employee stating you need a mask to come in here. I gladly went and put a mask on. As I looked at the first rack she then stated we close at 5. I was aware of that. I grabbed 3 pair of jeans. Went to the fitting rooms. They are closed. Again, I understand the safety concerns. I then ask if the jeans do not fit could I make a return. RecommendedThe selection is good at style encore. I always find something great when I go there and I do not break the bank! Thanks to everyone who puts there clothes up for consignment!
I bought 3 pairs of Jean's for the price of 1 at a any retail store in town.
I was very impressed at the quality of the items in the store. Very reasonable prices friendly helpful staff. I will be shopping again
