Went today to take some clothes that were name brand (mind you) and they only skimmed NOT pick everything to see what’s in there. One of the girls tried saying they were tween brands and I am pretty sure they aren’t considering they were WOMENS clothes. My elderly mother had a recent horrible experience of customer service that I witnessed yesterday. I’m writing this on my mother Catherine’s request. This business doesn't know how to properly return items. She wanted to be refunded for the difference of what the discount would've been off two items I was overcharged. RecommendedI love Style Encore!! They always have something I can’t find anywhere else. I recently took stuff in to sell and thought they were very reasonable. Kristi nails it with her hourly posts and will send me pictures of items I’m interested in! I wish they didn’t get so many cute purses though because I’m going to go broke!
Often I feel there are a few employees that are not very nice. A couple weeks ago I commented first on an item and they gave the item to someone who CLEARLY commented after I did. I called the store and was told they got the instagram notice first, even though the comment was after mine. They didnt want to do the right thing and explain this to the other customer and sell the item to me because they didnt want to have to break their word. I have always loved shopping at Style Encore but had a very bad experience yesterday. I have been buying and selling things here for a few years now. I had commented that I wanted a pair of sunglasses on the Style Encore Instagram page and was told by Style Encore that they would be held for me in a specific bin until 7 pm on that day. Ordered several things during the pandemic. Received them all and loved all of the pieces! The worker was willing to find some things I was looking for and show me different tops and pants! Love Style Encore and the associates that are keeping it going!
Style Encore has a huge selection of inventory. They have great live sales. The staff is awesome!!
Just got THE WORST customer service at style encore in Evansville. I usually love shopping there but today they were super rude.
