There was a delay in my package being shipped due to unforeseen circumstances. I can't express how grateful I am of the excellent customer service I received to rectify the delay. Nadia really went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy customer. Her actions is why I would shop here again as well as recommend that others shop here.

This location sells counterfeit bags. I did point it that they were fake and my comments were deleted. Asking $900 for a bag worth maybe $50 on the street is just criminal. I will call making a call to the IPR
