I was there for the first time with my sister today. Very nice warm greeting when we walked in. Wonderful help with what we were looking for. Found the exact item, actually beyond our expectations.

I've had great experiences at Style Encore! I've been there twice now--the first time to buy and the second time to sell. The employees have been very nice and helpful on both occasions. I was greeted when I entered and asked if I needed help finding anything. They took all my items when I sold, and the lady who was helping me gave me a huge smile and a thank you before I left. Their prices are amazing for items in such great condition, and I will definitely keep shopping and selling there!

Awful service. Have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. I was laughed at while waiting to get my stuff looked at. Some of which was from product lines from this Spring! Then to be insulted and called dirty. My stuff had dry cleaning tags in it until I just before I was driving there. You cannot teach people to have personalities or manners if they do not already know that this behavior is inappropriate for any retailer.
