The manager of this place is absolutely awful. I walked in around opening time without an appointment and she asked if I wanted a full service or a dry cut to which I responded I wanted a dry cut, she assigned me a stylist (who was fantastic, duaa) and she asked me once again if I’d like a full service or a dry cut, I then changed my mind and asked for a full service. Been coming to this place for a few years now and it’s the only place I goto. The owner is awesome and the staff amazing. I typically get a haircut and beard trim and there good at listening to what you want and making that happen.
I have been going to style Cuts for years! My Son and I have got several Hair cuts there I also got highlights several times. This was my place and the staff was very friendly! Unfortunately I went to style and cuts today and the girl that help me was so rude snd unprofessional ! I got my hair dyed red, and when I tell you it was the best, honey I mean the best bc it’s lasted for so long and I’m so glad I went hear bc the people were really nice and offered me snacks
I requested to go to a blonde color from my virgin brown hair and did not get the blonde I wanted. I also realized 2 days later that I had gotten a chemical burn from the bleach being left on too long and I had a horrendous scalp peel. They also told me that if I was unhappy with the color then I could come back to reschedule but with the price estimate at the beginning + next appointment/fix it was all too much for me and all of this cost around $230 with no tip and no 2nd appointment.
