I asked for medium length layers. Rochelle gave me a mullet. Put my reference photo next to my head to show her the difference only for her to say it looks exactly the same. Then the receptionist tried to gaslight me by saying "your hair looks so pretty and thick". Thankfully I'm pretty enough to pull off a mullet. Easily the worst $63 I've ever spent.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair highlights done! Silva was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. She helped me choose the perfect shade, and the results were absolutely beautiful. The highlights look so natural and vibrant—I’ve received so many compliments already! You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Thank you again for making my hair look and feel amazing!
