I come here every 3 to 4 weeks and have been a customer for several years. I have tried other threading salons throughout DFW; this one is my favorite. Every stylist who has attended to me has been great. The past 3 or 4 times Chandra has taken care of me to thread my eyebrows, upper and lower lip, and sometimes chin. She is excellent. Chandra is wonderful. She's a professional with threading; she listens which is so important when it comes to goals of someone's eyebrows. Also the product sold at checkout for eyebrow growth is really good! My brows are filling in the empty spots that were removed due to waxing from nail salons.

This was my first time here because the place I regularly visit had to close early. This place has completely messed up my eyebrows!! I am so upset! I could tell you left a new girl to close. My eyebrows were thick and well shaped. This girl left one thin and the other thick with different shapes. They over charged on every service.
