We had our bathroom completely ripped out and replaced from top to bottom and had to have the soil pipe replaced. From first entering the showroom to the finished bathroom, the customer service was excellent. Rachel designed it perfectly, and over several visits helped us to choose great contrasting wall panels, flooring and cabinet doors etc that went well together, along with the other fixtures and fittings. Recently we had a full bathroom and toilet refurbishment, Bath, shower, hand basin, wall and ceiling cladding with new light system, floor and cabinet, separate toilet with wall cupboard, ceiling and floor, We were so impressed we immediately booked Keith and Chris to relay our kitchen floor and install ceiling cladding with a new light system.
