I was disappointed by the lack of transparency. I noticed that comments raising concerns about certain vehicles were removed instead of being addressed, while similar issues with other brands were defended by saying the vehicles were well maintained or covered by warranty. This gave me the impression of inconsistent communication and made it difficult for me to trust the information being presented.
