I accompanied a friend to her appointment at Style and Grace a couple weeks ago and what I witnessed was enough for us to never return. While my friend got her hair done, I sat in the waiting area and was close enough to the reception desk that I could overhear their conversations. Amazing!! I have gotten an array of services done here at style and grace and each technician I have been with has been very knowledgeable, kind, and made my experience great! I have only gotten esthetics and hair services done here but i cannot wait to explore more, truly if you need a new full service salon and spa i cannot recommend style and grace enough!
I'm only visiting, i don't live here, but i was not impressed with the staff or service. For the price, high prices, their staff should be better trained, and more courteous. I don't think I'll be back when i return to Champaign.
I went in for the first time in 9 months after becoming a new mom hoping to have this wonderful hair transformation and to feel more like myself again. I was so excited. I brought inspo pictures and everything! But I left completely unhappy for several reasons. 1. The color block bangs I wanted, I didn’t get.
