Very expensive, but great services not available everywhere.
Great atmosphere, full service salon. My stylist is an excellent colorist as well.
I am visiting my sister in the area and she treated me to a massage with Tracy. Tracy was so receptive, kind, and she is an absolute magician with her hands! I had tremendous relief from my hip, low back, and neck pain. I highly recommend Tracy who puts her customer's experience above everything else!
The salon was nice and clean; everyone was welcoming. I came in because I wanted to try a new haircut— I usually have my hair chin-length bob but wanted to try “true” short hair. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding between me and the stylist regarding what I wanted. I currently look like Shawn Hunter from Boy Meets World— and not in the cute 90s heartthrob way. I am hoping that 6 weeks is enough to grow my hair out so I don’t look so ridiculous before I start my new job.
I had very bad experiences with my two recent visits, a misused of a toner (big damage on my hair) and shift cancellation without reason. No comparison with europe/LATAM or other places nearby. Be aware they dont do any effort to understand customers and pretend to know better than you. Unthinkable, they used to have better service some years ago.
