Having been a customer of this business(a term I wouldn’t use to describe this place) for over 10 years with Samantha, I was tired of the lack of professionalism displayed by her. Never keeping her appointments on time, disrespecting my time for her other clients, and not paying attention to what she was doing while I was in her chair, I felt it was time to move on. I love the salon. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. If you have a short cut, I HIGHLY recommend!! Rose is my girl and keeps on point weekly.
