First as a residential contractor my business has been run for 20 years with one simple principle. HONOR This week I had an issue with a connection that was made by Styer to an emergency generator in November 2023.I called there today with more of an attitude then needed. I needed an urgent propane delivery because we are completely out and it's 30 degrees outside. As a prospective new customer, the response I got from this company was not only unhelpful but downright predatory. They refused to deliver unless I agreed to a year-long contract with mandatory automatic payments, required my tank to be filled every time, and charge me significantly more per gallon than the standard rate. I love to support local business but this is untrustworthy.
