I’ve been here multiple times. Always quick and courteous.
If I could give a zero I would. First time here. Made my appointment 2 weeks ago and spent 30 minutes giving my information to someone not even in the country. Got here 20 minutes before my appointment time and had to re-give the same information I had given before. I was done with exactly at my appointment time then proceeded to wait an hour. I had to ask why it was taking so long. They had completely dropped the ball. I was then told they just needed to generate a “sheet” for me. I felt like over an hour was ample. I left ... read more
