Worst office staff ever .... They make you feel as if you are at the motor vehicle office not a Manhattan Dr office
Just spoke to the receptionist on the phone - never met someone so incompetent. Didn't know what an FSA is and how the billing works. Please get a new job do us all a favor!
This doctor has very poor bedside manner. He is condescending and rude. I was almost in tears the two times I had to deal with him because of how much he talked down to me. He is definitely a know it all and has poor listening skills, and all I went to him for a simple physical. I do NOT recommend him. Also, it took me over a week and two phone calls to get him to call me back about my Rx refill. Horrible.
