What an amazing experience we had with our plumber Aaron. He didn't have to do this but he offered to assemble the toilet out in the rain so I can be happy and see what the toilet looked like before putting them in. He was very friendly, personable, kind and extremely professional towards me and the contractor working on our house. He even took his shoes off in our house which I really appreciated. Had a broken waterline in my crawl space. Called Stutzman, and they said they would be out the next day. They showed up, as promised, quickly found the leak, and repaired it. Start to finish, they were there less than an hour. The reason it is a 3.5 star review, rounded up to a 4, and not a 5-star is because that hour, and about $20 in parts, cost $465. We had a great experience working with Stutzman services. Their service person Kent is a great person to work with. He is passionate, considerate and empathetic for the work he is currently doing at our home. Hailey at the front desk is also excellent to communicate and update about the work status. I just moved to the area and found out I needed a backflow inspection on my home. The letter I received notifying me of this wasn't very helpful. I called Stutzman Services and they took care of everything including notifying the city the inspection had been scheduled and submitting all the paperwork after the inspection. They also informed me that I would be reminded next year before the inspection is due.
I had my water filtration system serviced. Aaron was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained ever step he took and why. He also gave me valuable information about my submersible pump with readings to let me know the health of the pump was. I highly recommend Aaron as a service person.
