Brought my friends car here for a diagnostic. I have never had a more pleasant and personal experience in a car place. As a woman going to this small shop I was worried because you hear stories. This was the best experience I’ve had! If my cars need anything I will definitely be back. Everything was talked through in detail even going as far to show me the platform that runs the check on the car. Being able to see everything and understand it was such a nice surprise. 100 percent recommend.

Life saver ! Our tire went flat near Danvers. We had to go all the way to Boston to return our car but the tire started hissing, luckily I found this auto shop and he saved my day. He did an excellent patch work on my tire and it held on really well until I reached Boston, not a single point of air dropped. Really saved 2 hours at least preventing road side assistance.
