To say this garage is excellent is an understatement. They're superb at what they do. Very proffesional, easily better than the main dealer and by a considerable margin. Brilliant service & very competitive prices with local garages and far more knowledgeable and better equiped for Merc repairs. My ML was holding onto the gears on both up and down shift. Been having my mercedes serviced here for a few years now and without question their service standards are far better than local mercedes dealers in South Wales. Wouldnt consider taking my car anywhere else.
I have only used Stuttgart 2 perhaps 3 times in the space of 2 years. 1st to diagnose and confirm the failure of the conductor plate fitted to the 7g tronic transmission on my W204 C220cdi, followed by removal and replace with a new genuine unit, including transmission service. Took our A35 there with a "4matic inoperative". The lads diagnosed the problem within a short space of time. Recalibrated the rear differential and we haven't had a problem since. Good advice was given before we left too. My van was also in for a service at the same time and again excellent service. Top lads!
