The most terrible Mercedes service dealership I have ever dealt with. Assistant services and parts manager is a perpetual liar, cruel and ready to go any length to make you distressed. Took my car for air conditioning system repair, He didn't do his job properly, misdiagnosed, held me up for parts which were in Australia, damaged other parts: radiator hose, air conditioning pipe and messed around, driving car around without coolant.
