These guys are seriously the best! Particularly Natasha. She went above and beyond to help me get my car when I couldn’t get there. Service is top notch. They even washed and cleaned it (which seems to be a scarcity these days). Wouldn’t take my MB anywhere else now. Thank you.
After reading past Stuttgart Auto reviews I thought I'd give them a go. I took my new Mercedes to them for some software updates. They needed the car for the day but Jason kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. The car was cleaned and ready earlier than promised. I will be using Stuttgart Autos for my future service work and any required warranty work.
The most overpriced lack of service Mercedes dealer I have ever been to stay away did not refill the washer liquid as it ran out a few days after pick up this goes to show what else they missed. edit: We did find what was missed front tyre was so badly bold and totally unsafe we trusted this place to check over the car that was new to use and they failed miserably stay away. Booked our car in for a minor “A” service plus oil change. On pick up we were given an invoice for a staggering $2k. We had already spent $10k last year on repairs and service and you would expect the oils to have been replaced then. They also had our car for 4 days. Food crumbs and log book papers were left on front seat, they just couldn’t be bothered cleaning up after themselves. As we drove away we had to return due to car pulling to one side.
