We had a dishwasher leak in our house. The initial response was great. A representative came quickly and the remedy to put drying mats on our floor was done in a timely manner. We were told that another person would be contacting us to tell us what our next steps would be. A few days later, this person showed up. Stutters did a good job at cleaning up some freshly leaked water into my 600 square foot crawl space, but I will not recommend this company to friends as their customer service is dismal. I was never provided an estimate or a conversation about the job, before or after its completion. It took a week to receive the correct e-transfer payment information, and to get a proper invoice that included the breakdown of costs. The job was more than I expected, but not unreasonable. Destroyed a $900 graphics card by stacking stuff on top of a box labeled "DELICATE" Can't communicate at all, it's almost hard to get ahold of them about your claim, and when you ask about it, you just get ignored. They have a hard time listening to instructions, and will avoid certain areas to make their day quicker. We ended up switching companies and have had a much smoother time dealing with them. They communicate, and they plan, and act upon it most importantly.

Very Professional & Reasonable Restoration Company in Kelowna. I have used Stutters the last 3 times I have had incidents of damage at my property over the last 5 years. Their management team and field staff have always went above and beyond to ensure my needs as a home owner were met, and we have always felt taken care of. We would like to commend Margo, Amy and Tamara for the Excellent job they did in our lower level. They were punctual, they repositioned the furniture quickly and accurately and left our area spotless. We highly recommend this excellent team!
