I am over the top thankful for being the lucky recipient of the Traeger Smoker provided by Stutters Restorations . Very quickly upon meeting Lisa , it was apparent she understood how important it was for me to experience the joy of preparing meals for my family and friends using this addition to my back yard . The entire experience has been heart warming . From me and my family to yours a huge BIG thank you .
We had an issue with water ingress from our roof by noticing a stain on the ceiling. I called the roofer who installed the roof and was told they were 4-6 weeks out for repairs. Called Stutters as they had looked after a basement flood for us before. By the end of the day a project manager was on site, contacted a few roofers and the roofers were at our home the next day for a temporary fix to ensure no more leaks and arrangements were made for the permanent repair. I would recommend Stutters in a heartbeat.
Don't let them fool you. They don't care. They lost and broke my belongings. I've been after them for a year and a 1/2 trying to get a settlement. And all they're doing is putting me off. Putting me off. Not doing wat they promise. I will never deal with them again and recommend nobody else uses them. I'm in the process of having to Sue them.

We had a dishwasher leak in our house. The initial response was great. A representative came quickly and the remedy to put drying mats on our floor was done in a timely manner. We were told that another person would be contacting us to tell us what our next steps would be. A few days later, this person showed up. I commented that we are trying to sell our house and would appreciate the matter being dealt with in a timely manner.
