Our main water pipe burst, right below the shut off valve back in February 2025 and flooded the entire basement. Stutters were quick to get out and start the cleanup process, but things slowly went downhill after that. Our PM, Jeremiah Lang, was pretty much worse than useless. We appreciated very much the immediate response and arrival of Stutter personal to assistance with our flooded apartment. Stutters ceratainly had enough equipment and persons to start dewatering the flooded apartment. The staff who attended were always very polite and helpful. They took care not to damage any of our existing personal contents. This also applied to not damaging any Strata property.
