After a completely unexpected appeal from my prior employer long after the time to appeal had passed, I contacted Brian Stutheit and asked him to represent me in the upcoming appeal process. Brian was very helpful, explained the process step by step helped me to prepare for the hearing and ultimately we prevailed in the process.
