I had bought my wife a set of new tires and had them shipped in . Took her car there to have them mounted and balanced . The guys in the back came out and got the tires out of my truck . We got a call the car was done so we went and picked it up got about 3 blocks away and they called saying they forgot one center cap . They are small . My wife stopped by this morning to get a screw taken out and patched. The lady at the front desk without looking I guess someone else did she said to my wife that they could not patch the tire and she needed a new one. We have new tires arriving tomorrow anyways so we did not want to buy an new tire we just wanted to pay for a quick simple patch. The excuse the lady gave was it was too close to the sidewall. They were friendly and quick. I had my oil change and tire rotation in 20-25 min.
