My wife stopped by this morning to get a screw taken out and patched. The lady at the front desk without looking I guess someone else did she said to my wife that they could not patch the tire and she needed a new one. We have new tires arriving tomorrow anyways so we did not want to buy an new tire we just wanted to pay for a quick simple patch. The excuse the lady gave was it was too close to the sidewall. They were friendly and quick. I had my oil change and tire rotation in 20-25 min.
Could not be more pleased with our experience. Me, my wife, and our dog were passing through when we got a screw in our tire right outside of Durant. We live in Austin, TX and were about 4 hours from home. What could've been a very stressful situation was handled with care by the staff. They were also super accommodating to let us bring our dog inside while we waited. They fixed it quickly and we were back on the road in less than an hour.
