I've been using this service department for all of our automotive service and maintenance needs for 27 years. You always make sure I'm taken care of, even if my problem wasn't easily fixed the first time, it was ultimately always made right. I bought my last truck there with 28k miles on it. It nows has 220k miles and she (Sierra) still runs great. I attribute part of it's longevity to the folks that service it.
Scheduling of a service appointment was easy, as usual. Service was performed at the time scheduled. Staff were cordial and welcoming. And service was performed with minimal wait time. Dealership has been consistently good with service needs.

Had water in fuel and charge me 329.00 and did not fix the problem also mess up my computer and my programer on my truck had to take my truck to a different chevrolet dealership to get water in fuel taken care of with a cost of 1,000 dollars I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING BACK TO PONCA CITY DEALERSHIP
