Had water in fuel and charge me 329.00 and did not fix the problem also mess up my computer and my programer on my truck had to take my truck to a different chevrolet dealership to get water in fuel taken care of with a cost of 1,000 dollars I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING BACK TO PONCA CITY DEALERSHIP
Honest, didn't try too hard to convince me of anything. Fixed the problems and charged an appropriate, if not cheap, amount. Thank you!
When I made the appt online the oil change price was close to $50, I figured with tax close to $60. When it was time for me to check out, my bill was $98! No one talked to me about adding anything to make the price go up. When I asked cashier why the price was so high she was rude and said "oil prices went up". I know they went up but dang keep me in the loop about what I'm paying.
Absolutely the worst... no help at all from this place ... if u need mechanic help please save yourself the headache go find somewhere else....
