There were unexpected repairs the mechanics found and were wonderful to call me, talk to me about options and needs. Always professional and polite. When the vehicle was completed it ran like it did when I first purchased it 10 years prior. Great job gentlemen.
I've been using this service department for all of our automotive service and maintenance needs for 27 years. You always make sure I'm taken care of, even if my problem wasn't easily fixed the first time, it was ultimately always made right. I bought my last truck there with 28k miles on it. It nows has 220k miles and she (Sierra) still runs great. I attribute part of it's longevity to the folks that service it.
Scheduling of a service appointment was easy, as usual. Service was performed at the time scheduled. Staff were cordial and welcoming. And service was performed with minimal wait time. Dealership has been consistently good with service needs.
