We ordered a sectional in September. We were told multiple times that it was the correct facing chaise, and that it was still being processed by the manufacturer. However, after waiting nearly 5 months for our furniture, which is understandable because of covid, we were told our sectional had arrived. Only one piece had arrived and it was the wrong direction.
