Phil is friendly and the office staff is nice but he is inept as a family lawyer. I should've listened to my gut when he couldn't articulate a plan, go over a detailed strategy, offer past experience or guess at odds. I spent almost a year and several thousands dollars on an outcome I feel would've been better had I not hired any lawyer. He did absolutely nothing to advocate for my position or to correct past mistakes made. The process was delayed and drawn out at every turn and at the hourly rate I see why.
