Phil Sturtz comes across as a personable enough guy, but his handling of our case was irresponsible and unprofessional. We first met in Oct. 2025, and by Jan. 2026 he’d accomplished absolutely nothing. He repeatedly told us he could review our documents and relevant statutes in about two weeks’ time. Two weeks would pass. We’d give him another two weeks and then call. Both he and his staff would ignore our calls and emails for several more weeks. I give this law office 5 stars based off great customer service alone. From the receptionist that answered the phone to actually speaking with Attorney Phil Sturtz was a pleasure. The receptionist that answered was kind and LISTENED to my problem, had me hold to see if he had a moment to answer a brief question I had. He did! Attorney Sturtz was knowledgeable and gave me the counsel I needed to make an informed decision. Thank you so much for all your help. It really meant a lot to me.

Called to get a real estate title done. They tried to charge me $150 to let me know if they could do the job. lol what a joke
