Michael quoted us a price and time frame for replacing the radiator in our Peterbilt. They didn't complete them in the time frame promised causing us to miss our load and charged more for parts and an extra hour of labor than what they quoted. To top it off, they took our driver to a hotel a mile down the road then when repairs were finally completed the next day they refused to go get him and bring him back to the truck.
