My total experience at Sturt Optical was Excellent, from the Eye Test, to the Range of Frames. to the Correct Lens. I had been using incorrect lens, that l had gotten, from a big optical chain. The friendly and professional staff, were brilliant.. will be making this my Eye Specialists..
After several attempts with another optometrist in Ballarat who continued to tell me it was my fault that I wasn’t trying hard enough to adjust to my new 2 x pairs of glasses, I took them to Sturt Optical! Found the lenses that I had been given were not what I needed at all! Cannot thank Sturt Optical team enough for all their amazing expertise, assistance getting the correct lenses and outstanding service! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!
Great customer service and high quality testing. Reliable place for Opticals.
Absolute legend of a bloke, had my sunglasses bent when I sat on them and he fixed them up for me. When I came to sort out the payment he wouldn't take anything. Will definitely be back here if I need anything glasses related.
