The shop assistant on Sunday 21/4/25 was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in a retail position. He is definitely in the wrong position. When it was pointed out that the store labelling of a hat size was incorrect, I was told he would complain to the Canadian makers and it was obvious that I was having a bad day which I wasn't until I met this guy. I hope no one buys this hat online as it is still labelled incorrectly.
