I am sharing my experience because I believe parents and guardians seeking medical care for children deserve to know how their concerns may be handled during an appointment. I attended my visit seeking answers and support for my child. From the beginning of the appointment, I did not feel heard or respected. Dr Sturm is the best doctor by far in all of ontario for children. My family has been with Dr Sturm for almost 30 years and his diagnosis has never been wrong. Recently he sent my son to the ER after prioritizing his xray results and even called us from His home at night to check up on him. Anybody who is criticizing his professional conduct or his strict ethics clearly is not thinking in the bear interest of their children.
