They have always worked quite well for me
I wish that delivery people take the few seconds it would take to knock on the door when they deliver. I stay at home when I know package is coming but I can't look out the window constantly. Packages have a tendency to disappear quite fast. Please a simple knock on the door would help.
Very helpful in getting a couple of tires returned after no luck in Spearfish!
Be sure to have a preprinted label if you want to drop off here! They cannot scan QR codes. They charge $5 for printing a label.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would! What a rude, obnoxious guy! @FedEx should be aware of who represents them!
