After working 9 years for Sturgis molded products an starting a new job. I learned how bad SMP is an it should be closed as SMP has broke every regulation almost with the Ethics board. I may still report that company even their own human resources department seems to only support management. At least that's what I seen in the 9 years I wasted working there. If you don't care about getting cussed at on a daily basis then smp is the job for you.
