I like Sturgis. Medical Group, it is a wonderful place and the doctors are good and the nurses staff are wonderful to. My whole family goes here.
I've been going there for about 5 years now and I've never had better care, my toddler was so sick today and they got me an appointment same day and even called me earlier to bring her in because they didn't want her to keep feeling sick
Today I called to schedule an appointment for my child. The receptionist, Rose, answered. She had a very bad attitude, almost snobby and acted as if I was bothering her to make an appointment. I initially ignored her attitude and repeatedly tried to explain what the appointment was for, what time of day I needed and that I need to schedule it out a few weeks because of my work schedule. Never answer the phone.
What an absolute disservice to the community of Sturgis. This place charged my senior mother 384$ for a 10 minute check up with a nurse practitioner!!! When I called the billing number it sends you to a company in India that can’t answer questions regarding this topic. I have attempted to call this office and can’t get a person . I will be finding my mother a doctor.
