My family and I went through a house fire on Sunday and when we arrived the lady at the front desk Miss Sara Brunsell had already heard about it. Not only was she extremely hospitable upon our entrance but she also took immediate action in getting us not only checked into a room but they we would have anything we could have thought of in it. I cannot express how grateful I am to Sara, who even came out of her own pocket to get treats and dog food for two strangers animals.
Sara Brunsell has gone above and beyond to help me and my family out. We lost our home to a house fire and once we let them know about our situation they have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome she is an amazing woman
The place is beautiful the staff is wonderful, however, the manager is horrific. Flipped off my teenagers, took our keys off the table before check out and refused to give them back, tried to go into our rooms before checkout, flipped out because my 5 year old used a Styrofoam cup in the hot tub to 'wash his hair', then, called the cops on us. Quiet location, clean & cozy room. Staff is really friendly.
Kind staff, clean rooms, and a HOT hot tub! I was greeted with a smile and kindness, which was refreshing after a long drive. The hot tub is open until 10 pm and it was so rejuvenating!! It’s hotter than all of the other hotels I’ve stayed in on my two-week road trip. They have poolside rooms as well as parking lot facing rooms. My room was clean and my bed comfortable! Free breakfast in the morning. They accept AAA and the rate is more than reasonable. Stay here, you won’t regret it!
