Sara was great! Super nice, friendly and helpful. Location was great! First time staying at a hotel for Sturgis. The room was mostly fine, it was somewhere to sleep but the bathroom was not clean. Hairs everywhere and dirty tub. I understand they were short handed. I would stay again
this hotel was very clean and updated. The pool was right in the middle of the area, so you didn't have to walk to the other side
If I could give negative stars I would. It was by far the dirtiest worst kept Hotel I have ever stayed in. we were booked for 7 days. The attendant was the sloppiest, most unkept and lest knowledgeable of the employees there. The breakfast was missing or eaten early every morning and never replaced, and the food service person sat at a table and stared at her phone for 2 hours. MY BROTHER JOE AND HIS WIFE SHIRLEY ARE GONNA BE GOING GOING OUT THERE FOR 12 DAYS I HOPE THEY WILL HAVE FUN AND IF I WERE JOE AND SHIRLEY THEY SHOULD BRING THERE SWIMMING SUITES TO GO SWIMMING IN THE INDOOR SWIMMING POOL
poor room service had to clean our room our self and get new towels every day never stayed where the customer had to do the customer had to clean also it was cold at nite and the room had no heat in it
