Bad: Room not as clean as it should've been. No extra toilet paper, tissue box empty. Large brownish stain on bed cover. Mold in the shower. The air conditioner/heater was covered in dust. The sink wouldn't drain unless I held the stopper up. Constant dog barking even though it's supposed to be pet free. The room was awful, the toilet wasn't anchored to the floor right and it moved every time you used it. The rooms floor was dirty. NO coffee pot or coffee, NO wash cloths. And who ever was suppose to do breakfast didn't even show up, so there was NO coffee, NO breakfast, NO NOTHING!!! Don't stay here you will regret it. We will never stay here again.
This is the best one in sturgis I have stayed at other ones and none compare the service and the breakfast here is top notch the pool and the hot tub are amazing.
The hotel was alright, not a bad place to crash. The room was clean and comfy. The tub drained kinda slow. It was quiet there. Breakfast was a joke. They were out of everything, even coffee. You could maybe get a waffle, but no syrup or utensils.
