Our visit was horrible. Unsanitary and just plane dirty. Doctor was rude, interrupting, and very unprofessional! Never go here! They need to shut it down for malpractice!
I went in to the ER on February 5th 2025. I was having extremely high fevers and had a very bad barking cough. ER doctor didn't listen to my lungs or give me a chest X-ray. They swabbed me for strep, flu, COVID. Said I have the flu. Just gave me coughing pills and sent me home. 6 days later my wife came home and found me after work unconscious, I was rushed to the ER this time a different doctor was there and was very concerned. Staff was ok the wait was a lot
These AMAZING people saved my life! I don't understand the low star rating. I'm a traveling veteran with pulmonary disease and frequent quit a bit of emergency rooms across the country. That said the care I received here in Sturgis was top notch! These wonderful people went above and beyond to provide me with not only life saving care, but also dealt with walmart pharmacy and even found me a ride home. I love them!
