Went there today to get change and she asked if I had an account,I said,I use to and she looked at the lady next to her and said something. Like really, I need to have an account to get change,are you kidding me????? You are a bank. Glad I quit doing business with them. I didn't think getting change from there was a problem but apparently it is. I'll go out of my way, like I did today to go somewhere else.
Great customer service since 2013 when I first became a client. Especially great to have "in your corner" during this unfortunate pandemic with the PPP loan process. I can't imagine any bank was as diligent with their clients as SB&T.
