Alex on reception was fabulous. I had a query. Not only did he reassure me that my Nissan was built that it would flag up if there was a problem, but he also went to check in the workshop that he was correct. It would give me great confidence to return.

You will be lucky if anyone picks up the phone and even luckier if anyone calls you back to make appointment. They charged £142 for a diagnostic which took less than 1 hour and which apparently showed no issue. Maybe I am in the wrong business as to charge someone that much just to tell them there is no issue seems pretty absurd.
